Terms & Conditions

Read carefully before making payment. These terms apply to your booking confirmation.

  • Activity & Maintenance Policy: > While we strive for 100% functionality, all activities (including Go-Karts) are subject to maintenance, repairs, or weather conditions. No refunds, discounts, or service substitutions (e.g., complimentary rooms as compensation) will be granted for individual activity downtime. We recommend inquiring about specific activity status prior to arrival/payment.
  • Guest Responsibility: To ensure your expectations are met, we recommend and insist that you inquire about the operational status of your preferred activities prior to booking or arrival.
  • Booking is confirmed **only** after full payment(as discussed on whatsapp) and valid UTR submission. Partial or pending payments are not accepted.
  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable except at the sole discretion of Purna River Retreat management ie Tourismo Agri Services.
  • Any date changes or cancellations are subject to availability and management approval. No automatic rights exist.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel booking, or remove guests without refund for any violation of rules, misconduct, or safety concerns.
  • Guests must carry valid Aadhaar/ID. Failure to produce ID results in denial of entry without refund.
  • For One Day Picnic, cottage (if YES) is subject to on-ground availability — no guaranteed allocation. and it is a paid service.
  • For Over Night Stay, final cottage allocation is at management’s discretion, even after selection.
  • Purna River Retreat (means Tourismo Agri Services) is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from booking or stay.
  • By submitting payment and UTR, you unconditionally accept these terms and agree that management’s decision is final and binding.
  • Right of Admission & Conduct: > PRR maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language, shouting, or harassment toward our staff or female management. Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises without a refund in cases of misconduct.
